Great Cinema on Mount Plose
Sunrise Hike followed by breakfast

The silence of the early morning hours and the fascinating view of the Dolomites make the sunrise on the Mount Gabler unforgettable. This feeling when you stand on the summit in the morning and watch the first rays of sunshine is indescribable! After the ride with the Pfannspitze gondola lift, we hike in about 45 minutes to the summit of the Mount Gabler at 2,576 m and await the sunrise in front of the unique backdrop of the Peitlerkofel, the Aferer and the Villnöss Geisler as well as the Dolomites further away. Full of impressions we descend to the Pfannspitzhütte for a gourmet breakfast.

Legend has it that one upon a time the moon princess fell ill with homesickness in the Dolomites. Thus, a dwarf people covered the mountains with a net of threads of light and the princess was healed. The mountains, however, remained pale mountains.
